No question is too trivial and what our specially trained hosts don’t know about Bluewater is simply not worth knowing. Whether you need the latest Cinema listings or advice on where to eat, our hosts will be able to help. As well as offering a wide range of services, our team will endeavour to ensure that your Bluewater experience is fun, memorable and exciting.
The Guest Services desk is located on the lower level outside Marks & Spencer.
The Bluewater Management Suite is near HMV and Snow + Rock. The Management Suite is the administrative centre of Bluewater, hosting the operations, guest services and property management teams as well as marketing, finance and other support functions collectively responsible for providing the world class retail amenities that Bluewater is revered for as well as ensuring a clean, welcoming, friendly environment for all its visitors.
At the Management Suite you will find Bluewater's Reception, which is open Monday to Friday, 08:30am -17:30pm.

Bluewater Chaplaincy provides confidential care for the wellbeing of all staff and guests.
We are based in ‘The Place of Quiet’, located on the ground floor in the Lower Rose Gallery Welcome Hall. Easily accessed using the entrance buzzer, the space includes a large circular room and a small lounge, as well as the chaplaincy office. In addition, there are two washrooms and a selection of religious texts and prayer resources. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide religious clothing for prayer. There are leaflets with information to guide you to organisations that can help in various circumstances. The shared spaces are available for personal prayer, reading, or just resting a while from the hustle and bustle. The lounge space can be booked for quiet, small group meetings.
The Lead Chaplain works with a team of volunteers and an associate Imam and is available by phone, email or text and always happy to arrange to meet with you in person.

Shopping online? Many of our stores now offer Click and Collect which means you can purchase your items online and pick them up from the store at a time that is convenient for you. Collecting your items from the Bluewater store means you don’t have to wait in for a delivery and if you’re not happy with the item or want to try a different size or style you can return it immediately.

Bluewater has three ChargeBox® phone charging stations in the mall, ideal for when your battery goes flat at the most inconvenient times. The ChargeBox® stations are located on the lower Guildhall (next to The entrance to The Village), Plaza (next to ASK Italian), Winter Garden (opposite Tortilla).
To use a ChargeBox® simply connect your phone, lock the compartment, take your key and relax.

The taxi rank is located outside Marks & Spencer. You can ask at one of the Guest Services desks and we will contact a local taxi office and advise where you would like to be picked up.

In partnership with The Salvation Army (SATCOL), clothing banks are available for guests to donate their unwanted clothing and shoes to those in need.
The donated items will be resold or recycled, and the profits generated will be channelled towards supporting The Salvation Army’s work throughout the country.
Guests can find three large donation banks located in the outer green car park, in front of John Lewis’ main external entrance. Parking is FREE, with many spaces adjacent to the banks.
