Bluewater has 13,000 car parking spaces which are extra wide and free to use all day every day. Car parking spaces are never more than a five minute walk away from entrances with separate pedestrian pathways so children are not crossing busy roadways.

Dartford Crossing
You no longer pay for the Dartford Crossing at the barriers. The new payment scheme is called Dart Charge and you must pay for a crossing in advance or by midnight the day after crossing.

Electric vehicle charging
As of 27th May 2022, Bluewater offers 39 Pod Point spaces and 17 Tesla Spaces for EV Charging across the site. For more information about these, head here.
Bluewater has 13,000 free car parking spaces – all 25% bigger to allow for easy parking and enough room for loading all those shopping bags. We have a sophisticated traffic management system in place to ensure hassle-free parking and easy access into the parking areas.
Car parking spaces are never more than a five minute walk away from entrances with separate pedestrian pathways so children are not crossing busy roadways.
We have achieved the standards of the Safer Parking Scheme and have been granted The Safer Parking Award. This award demonstrates that we provide Police accredited parking in all of our car parks at Bluewater.
Cycle Bars & Parking for Bikes
There are cycle bars near the John Lewis Customer Collection Point (red car park), in the green car park and outside the Marks and Spencer food hall where bikes can be secured.
We also have designated motorcycle spaces which are situated to the left hand side of John Lewis, adjacent to the ground level of the green multi-decked car park. Look out for a cobbled area of paving where you will find bays marked out with a motorbike symbol on the floor.
Also, at the ends of the first rows within the multi-decked car parks there are triangular spaces for motorcycle use.
Accessible Parking
There are specially designated parking bays for Bluewater guests located throughout the car parks adjacent to the entrances. Please note: Guests are advised to park in the Yellow Car Park if they need easy access to Shop Mobility services.
Parent & Child Parking
There are specially designated parking bays for Bluewater guests with small children and pushchairs located throughout the car parks adjacent to the entrances.
Motorhomes, Mini Buses, Coaches & Large Vehicles
Guests arriving by motorhome, mini buses, coaches and other large vehicles are advised to park in the Bluewater coach park (15 spaces) located in The Village open air car park. As you arrive at Bluewater follow the signs for the coach park which are coloured in Aqua Marine.
Guest Notice
Guest Parking at Bluewater comes within the Dartford Borough Council Public Space Protection Order. There is new legislation in place that has an impact on Car meets and nuisance vehicles further details can be found here, https://www.dartford.gov.uk/community-safety/public-space-protection-order

Arriva have upgraded the Chatham to Bluewater 700 service, with the new Sapphire bus. Travel in style with leather-style seats, USB charging point, 4G wifi throughout the bus and audio-visual next-stop announcements. Arriva has also extended its Gravesend bus ticket zone to include Bluewater.
Please be aware that you cannot use your Oyster card on bus services from Greenhithe.
Greenhithe is the closest train station to Bluewater. Buses run between Bluewater and Greenhithe station throughout the day.
ArrivaClick Service
ArrivaClick covers Ebbsfleet Town Centre, Bluewater Shopping Centre and Ebbsfleet International Railway Station as well as Stone Crossing railway station, normally running Monday to Saturday 6am to 1am and Sunday 6am to 12am.
