The Learning Shop is a unique partnership between Bluewater, North Kent College and the Department for Work and Pensions. Established in 1999 and focusing on employability within the local community The Learning Shop delivers a wide range of services; including professional World Class training, development, business solutions and recruitment for Bluewater.
The Learning Shop works in partnership with Bluewater to deliver “The Spirit of Bluewater” programme; which is a great example of Bluewater’s commitment to guest experience and all employees across the centre. The programme consists of in-depth Bluewater tour and an award winning workshop written exclusively by The Learning Shop.
