Bluewater is surrounded by 50 acres of beautiful, landscaped parkland. Walk through the Mosaic Gallery Tunnel and you'll find yourself at one of our biggest lakes which is home to an array of wildlife. From here you can follow the footpaths and cycle routes or even stop for a picnic.

Our restaurants aren't the only way to indulge your taste buds and our parkland is the perfect spot to settle for a picnic. You can bring your own sandwichs or pick something up from one of our eaterie's take away menus.
If you're visiting as a family, the area outside The Village allows you to set up camp just a few meters away from one of our play areas so you can keep your kids entertained while you enjoy a leisurely lunch.

If you're looking for a more secluded space, choose you own picnic spot on any of the grass areas. Bluewater is your to explore, we only ask that you use the bins provided and try not to disturb any of our animal residents.
Relieve your kids of bag-carrying, spare your partner the changing room politics and give retail therapy your undivided attention with the help of our children's play areas.
There are three play areas to choose from; Playland (Winter Garden, outside Mc Donalds), Bluewater Play Area (The Village, outside Zizzi) and the Climbing/Adventure Trail and picnic area which can be found by following the path towards the parklands and lakes through the Mosaic Gallery Tunnel.
Please be aware that the play equipment in Playland and Bluewater Play Area is suitable for children under 8 years old.
Those who have got their sea legs can rent a pedalo from Pirate Cove and explore our lakes on the water.
