Explore Bluewater's parkland and lakes | Things to do in Kent

Bluewater is surrounded by 50 acres of beautiful, landscaped parkland. Walk through the Mosaic Gallery Tunnel and you'll find yourself at one of our biggest lakes which is home to an array of wildlife. From here you can follow the footpaths and cycle routes or even stop for a picnic.

Our parkland is home to:

  • Over 1 million trees and shrubs
  • 4,700 semi-mature trees and many species of flora and fauna
  • Meadows, orchards and forest landscaping
  • Six lakes, a water garden and 300,000 aquatic plants
  • Protected nesting site for our Peregrine Falcons
  • 4km of cycle paths and walkways

Our restaurants aren't the only way to indulge your taste buds and our parkland is the perfect spot to settle for a picnic. You can bring your own sandwichs or pick something up from one of our eaterie's take away menus.

If you're visiting as a family, the area outside The Village allows you to set up camp just a few meters away from one of our play areas so you can keep your kids entertained while you enjoy a leisurely lunch.
