When placing an order through the icetickets system the information is used to email your tickets. You will only be contacted otherwise, if there must be a change to your booking, cancellation of event or for track and trace reasons related to the Covid-19 coronavirus outbreak. The Credit Card information is not stored/handled by our servers; it is directly processed by a leading web payment platform. All systems online and in person are PCI & SCA compliant with 3DS enabled for web payments. Customer contact number is deleted the day after the event and email is removed at the end of the season.
